Celebrating 3 years with Nexa – doesn’t time fly when you’re having fun! I’ve spent the last 3 years, just as I did the previous 10, specialising in acting for dental practitioners, both in the acquisition and sale of their dental practices. I continue to find this an enjoyable and challenging means of earning a living!

Acting for dentists remains fulfilling, both personally and professionally. I believe that dentists appreciate the personal service that I and my colleagues at Jacobs Legal and Nexa provide. In today’s ever-changing environment, especially in the NHS, personal service remains crucial. It allows dentists to focus on their own work, treating their patients and running their businesses, rather than being bogged down with administrative tasks handled by professional advisors like ourselves.

In addition to representing dentists in transactional matters, I have continued to advise and assist practitioners in contractual disputes between partners and principles and associates. I offer the same personal service in this field as I do in the transitional area. Once again, this requires focus and attention to detail, aiming to enable dentists to leave negotiation and dispute handling to specialists, freeing them to focus on their professional lives.

Over the last 3 years, the dental solicitors team at Jacobs Legal has forged a successful working relationship with Nexa, ultimately benefiting the clients who have instructed us. We hope to continue this success in the years to come. The first 3 years working with Nexa have been very enjoyable, and on behalf of my team at Jacobs Legal, I hope the forthcoming years will be equally so.
